1. Who you are contracting with
The products on this site are sold by Help Creators, trading as Gutform, operating the website gutform.company. When you place an order you enter into an agreement with us for the supply of digital files. You confirm you are of legal age to make the purchase, and where you buy on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind it.
2. Acceptance
By accessing this site, buying a kit, or downloading any file, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the files. Continued use after we update these terms means you accept the updated version.
3. What you get
Each kit is a bundle of editable business documents — spreadsheets, documents, and PDFs — delivered as downloadable files. Higher tiers include everything in the lower tiers. Files are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped physically. We may improve or add files to a kit you already own at no extra cost.
4. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files inside your own business. The Starter and Complete kits are licensed for use in your own business only. The Commercial kit additionally permits deployment inside up to five separate client businesses, as described in the licence document included with it.
You must not, for any tier:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the files as your own product;
- upload the files to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or public repositories;
- remove or obscure ownership notices, or circumvent any technical limit on access;
- share your private download link, which is personal to your order.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all intellectual property in the kits, including the documents, their structure and copy, the website, and our branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Content you create using the templates — your own posts, client records, and business data — remains entirely yours.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this site or the files. That includes any unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, and interfering with security — for example introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the site.
7. Availability
We work to keep the store and download pages available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Download links are time-limited for security and can be reissued at any time through our support page.
8. Payment, tax, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, invoicing, tax, and refund mechanics are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms. All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. Our own refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Warranties and liability
The kits are practical business templates, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for checking that any document you use meets the requirements that apply to you and your clients. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our total liability arising from your purchase is capped at the amount you paid for the kit in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the files if you materially breach these terms, if payment is reversed or charged back, if there is a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously breach the licence restrictions. Where access is revoked following a refund, your licence to use the files ends and you must stop using them.
11. General
You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Help Creators is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction.
